Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist

A fast-growing international financial services organisation is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join its team. About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping the companys data framework, delivering meaningful insights, designing dashboards and supporting senior management with accurate decision-making tools. Your work will directly contribute to performance optimisation, reporting accuracy and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise BI dashboards and reporting models
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and business opportunities
• Work closely with management to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across all platforms
• Support data integration and automation initiatives
• Produce detailed reports and insights to support strategic planning
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of data structures, analytics methodologies and performance metrics
• Background in financial services or fintech is an advantage
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise and actionable manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Fluency in English
