Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, changes, and outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Manage key relationships and handle day to day queries from senior client personnel.
  • Identify improvement areas and other efficiencies that can be implemented to supply the client with an optimal streamlined certification process.
  • Manage projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
  • Use resource tracking tools to monitor and react to times, tasks and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Generate project status reports and conduct regular progress meetings.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 4+ years’ project management(Preferably in an audit environment)
  • Proficiency project management tools.
  • Demonstratable portfolio of projects managed
  • iGaming, Casino or Sports betting experience highly advantageous.
  • Degree or Diploma, or equivalent.(Any discipline)
  • Post graduate diploma(Business Administration, Project Management or Leadership)
