What You'll Do;
As a Dayforce HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will deliver timely, accurate, and actionable workforce insights that inform business and talent decisions across Sporting Life Group.
With this newly created role, you will lead the development of HR dashboards, reporting, and analytics within Dayforce, ensuring data integrity while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
By partnering closely with the wider HR team, Finance, and business leaders, you will strengthen our data-driven decision making, enhance reporting capabilities, and continuously improve our analytics processes to support organizational performance.
Workforce Reporting & Analytics
Lead the development and delivery of workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and talent strategies
Analyze HR data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc workforce metrics using effective data visualization
Track and continuously improve HR KPIs, metrics, and risk indicators
Dayforce Reporting & System Optimization
Build and maintain Dayforce dashboards and discovery boards supporting workforce planning, engagement surveys, talent reviews, and year-end processes
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Dayforce in partnership with HR teams
Optimize and streamline the reporting library to enhance self-service capability and reporting efficiency
Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to strengthen analytics capability
Triage Dayforce production issues and support system testing and training development
Business & Stakeholder Support
Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting requests, serving as escalation point for reporting-related issues
Prepare and maintain weekly and month-end reporting for Finance and support annual audit requirements
Partner with HR and Employee Services to respond to employment data inquiries and support human capital initiatives
Provide user education, maintain documentation, and recommend reporting enhancements aligned to evolving business needs
What You'll Bring;
Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
3β5 years of experience in reporting, data management and analysis with Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
3+ years of HRIS reporting experience; Dayforce strongly preferred, with demonstrated discretion in handling confidential informationΒ
Strong skills in data modeling, trend analysis, and data storytelling with data visualization tools (Dayforce Dashboards, Power BI preferred)
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable reports and dashboards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while strong focus on high-level execution and results
Relationship-building mindset with internal and external stakeholders
