We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst who will analyze end-to-end processes within the Supply Chain structure, strengthen decision-making processes through data-driven insights, identify improvement opportunities, and lead value-creating projects.

What you can expect:

• Conduct material-based profitability analyses; evaluate the cost structure of raw materials used and their impact on product margins; analyze alternative material usage scenarios and optimization opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve material efficiency and cost structure.
• Analyze variances between forecasted prices and actual costs, identify root causes of deviations, and develop improvement actions related to pricing, cost structure, and operational processes, ensuring implementation with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze production processes in depth from the perspectives of time, labor, and material efficiency; identify gaps between theoretical and actual costs and develop concrete improvement recommendations.
• Evaluate financial and operational data using advanced analytical techniques; prepare decision-support analyses and reports focused on profitability, efficiency, and cost optimization, and guide relevant stakeholders accordingly.
• Manage requests from headquarters with a data analytics and continuous improvement mindset; systematically analyze requests and develop and present process, cost, and efficiency-focused improvement recommendations.
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on efficiency and profitability; identify operational improvement areas through price analyses and actively contribute to the implementation of process improvement actions.
• Design process improvement, digitalization, and AI-based solutions; support the enhancement of the company’s analytical capabilities and operational excellence level by developing data-driven digital approaches.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably 5–7 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in the manufacturing sector,
• Advanced level of English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
• Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, able to derive meaningful insights from data,
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
