• Take on a responsible role in the implementation of artificial intelligence in a new line of business in an international environment (with occasional travelling)
• Work in close collaboration with a diverse team of 30 data scientists from different disciplines to develop new research approaches
• Design innovative data models using state-of-the-art machine learning technologies and utilise the full potential of advanced artificial intelligence
• Develop and implement modern computer vision, large language model and multimodal approaches to optimise our digital solutions
• Develop your own foundation models, specifically tailored to the requirements of the insurance industry

• Qualification: Successfully completed studies in mathematics, (business) computer science, engineering, physics, data science and / or a comparable education
• Experience & know-how: Ideally 5 years of professional experience, sound knowledge of data analysis, experience in the application of data science methods with tools such as Python as well as knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
• Personality & working style: Proactive way of working, analytical mindset and conceptual strength as well as the ability to explain and present complex issues in an understandable way
• Nice-to-Have: Experience as a data scientist in the insurance industry
• Language: Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills, and ideally knowledge of German
