Job description

Swan is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team. The current team is led by Romain, our VP data, and consists of 9 members with expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering and Data Analytics.

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Product team, becoming a key partner in both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your analytical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering meaningful improvements.

✨ Your mission

• Collaborate closely with Product Team
• Write actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build reusable data marts and dashboards.
• Gain adoption and buy-in from Product Managers to implement changes, monitoring project progress and its impact.
• Communicate findings and results to key stakeholders.
• Actively participate in day-to-day data operations, including generating and maintaining weekly/monthly reports, identifying and addressing data quality issues, answering ad-hoc questions, and prioritizing data requests.

Preferred experience

✨ You’re a great match if:

• Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a preference for prior involvement in the fintech industry and/or B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools.
• Preferably, experience in working with Airflow and DBT.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to team spirit, transparency, and trustworthiness is important, as we value a collaborative and supportive company culture.
• Autonomy, a "Can-do" spirit, and the ability to take initiative and ownership of your work are required.
• Passion, curiosity, and the capacity to learn quickly are important, as we are constantly exploring new technologies and approaches to improve our work.
