In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, derive meaningful insights, and actively contribute to key strategic decisions and developments within the company. 

• Define and take ownership of the data analysis and AI strategy within the newly structured product organization of adp MERKUR GmbH.
• Analyze gaming performance and device data to support sound business and product decisions.
• Identify market developments, trends, and competitive benchmarks based on data, highlighting strengths and optimization potential
• Apply predictive analytics to identify future developments at an early stage and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations, support product development, and provide data-driven input for product roadmaps.

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Several years of professional experience in data analysis or AI, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or on digital platforms
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Data Bricks, SAC, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning, and real-time or near-real-time data processing is a plus
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working
