Your role and responsibilities
Β
In this role, you will take ownership of factory-critical databases, data pipelines, and system integrations that directly support production, testing, quality, and operational continuity. The reliability and correctness of this data is essential for daily factory operations and business decision-making.
This is a hands-on data engineering role with a high level of responsibility and visibility across the organization. You will work across SAP, SQL databases, and local factory applications to ensure stable, accurate, and consistent data flows between systems.

This role is contributing to the Local Division High Power in Estonia.
Β
You will be mainly accountable for:
Owning and maintaining SQL databases, ETL pipelines, and integrations supporting factory and production systems.
Ensuring data quality, consistency, availability, and performance across multiple business-critical applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving database, integration, and data flow issues in production environments.
Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IS teams to support reliable and uninterrupted factory operations.

Qualifications for the role
You have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including database design, performance tuning, stored procedures, and troubleshooting.
You have experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines using SSIS or similar technologies.
You are confident working with T-SQL, execution plans, and diagnosing complex data and system issues.
You understand end-to-end data flows and integrations between SAP, databases, and operational applications.
Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, production, testing, or high-volume operational data environments is highly valued.
You are comfortable taking ownership of business-critical systems and making decisions in high-responsibility situations.
You communicate effectively in Estonian and English.
