Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and implement scalable, future-proof data architectures across key areas including Data Integration, Master Data Management (MDM), and iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service). You will help shape the strategic data landscape, working closely with stakeholders to align data initiatives with enterprise objectives and ensure robust technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable data architectures for integration, MDM, and iPaaS initiatives
Define the data architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise IT goals
Provide architectural leadership across development teams and data projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and manage product backlogs
Drive the implementation of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Evaluate and recommend technologies to support data processing and integration
Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
Act as a key liaison between business analysts, engineers, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end data integration
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Data Architect on enterprise-level data integration and MDM projects
Expertise in data modeling, ETL pipelines, API-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms
Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)
Deep understanding of data governance, security practices, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, and enterprise data warehousing solutions
Strong command of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in telecommunications, maritime, or industrial domains
Familiarity with AI/ML-powered data processing and analytics
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics, TOGAF)
Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
