Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and implement scalable, future-proof data architectures across key areas including Data Integration, Master Data Management (MDM), and iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service). You will help shape the strategic data landscape, working closely with stakeholders to align data initiatives with enterprise objectives and ensure robust technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable data architectures for integration, MDM, and iPaaS initiatives

  • Define the data architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise IT goals

  • Provide architectural leadership across development teams and data projects

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and manage product backlogs

  • Drive the implementation of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

  • Evaluate and recommend technologies to support data processing and integration

  • Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability

  • Act as a key liaison between business analysts, engineers, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end data integration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect on enterprise-level data integration and MDM projects

  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL pipelines, API-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms

  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)

  • Deep understanding of data governance, security practices, and regulatory compliance

  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, and enterprise data warehousing solutions

  • Strong command of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications, maritime, or industrial domains

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered data processing and analytics

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics, TOGAF)

  • Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
