We’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong data engineering skills to join our Finance Tech Team. In this role, you’ll turn complex financial data into clear insights. You’ll build dashboards, automate reporting flows, and help the team make better decisions based on data. You’ll be part of a product-focused unit driving the evolution of our internal ERP system, where technology and finance meet to create scalable, data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain an analytical database for the Finance team from scratch — becoming the go-to person for all things data.
  
• Collaborate with finance specialists and business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and deliver effective data solutions.
  
• Design and implement reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to collect and structure data from S3, SQL databases, APIs, Google Sheets, CSVs, and more.
• Develop and support Tableau dashboards and reports for financial analysis and strategic decisions.
  
• Prepare ad-hoc queries and data extracts in response to specific business requests.
  
• Manage the underlying data infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and automated backups.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  
• Support the transition from Excel-based workflows to a centralized, automated data platform.

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

• 1.5+ years of experience in a data analyst or data engineering role.
  
• Advanced SQL skills: experience with complex queries, joins, window functions, and CTEs.
  
• Proficiency with analytical databases: performance tuning, indexing, and large-scale data management.
  
• Experience designing financial tables for metric tracking and reporting.
  
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Airflow, Airbyte, or similar) and pipeline automation.
  
• Solid Tableau experience: building insightful dashboards and visual reports for finance users.
  
• Nice to have: knowledge of Python for data manipulation; understanding of financial statements (Revenue, Expenses, Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, etc.).
