We’re looking for a Berlin-based, attentive and proactive Content and Data Specialist to support end-to-end product and content launches for a growing e-commerce account.
In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners ensuring platform stability, fast issue resolution, and high-quality digital experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex interconnected systems, enjoys working across them, connects details, ensures quality, and turns briefs into launch-ready content, especially in an AI-driven environment.
What you´ll do
Content & Product Launch Management
- Own end-to-end setup, management, testing and launch of content and product information across multiple platforms (CMS, PIM, DAM)
-
Ensure content and product data are accurate, complete, and ready to launch.
- Support campaign setup and execution within SFCC when required.
Content & Data Operations
- Manage content and product updates across Momentum CMS, InRiver PIM, Papirfly DAM, and SFCC.
- Connect workflows and dependencies across systems, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
- Perform content and data quality assurance, monitoring, and audits before publication.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Continuously improve day-to-day workflows and operational efficiency.
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Understand client objectives and independently translate them into execution plans.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global & local e-commerce teams, designers, IT, etc.
-
Provide status updates, communicate risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Contribute to sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
What success in this role looks like
You are successful in this role when:
- You deliver launches with high quality and low error rates.
- You understand how content, assets, product data, and publishing systems connect.
- You proactively identify issues and highlight risks with proactivity and keep stakeholders informed.
- You can take a product or content initiative from brief to go-live independently.
What you can offer
-
2–3 years' experience in content & product information management. Momentum CMS, InRiver or SFCC are a plus!
-
Hands-on experience working across multiple interconnected systems rather than a single platform conducting QA, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong interest in optimizing your work using AI and workflows.
- Lastly, you are based in Berlin
Additional points, if you thrive in an environment where systems evolve, challenges pop up, and teamwork makes all the difference. You enjoy being the person who manages multiple priorities together and takes pride in their organizational skills doing things thoroughly, efficiently, and reliably.
